  1. You need 6-8 of fish fillet (basa,salmon,red snapper, tilapia,mahi mahi).

  6. You need 1/4 of th tsp red chilli powder.

  9. You need 2 tbsp of refined oil.
  10. Prepare 2 tsp of garlic paste.
  11. Prepare 1 tbsp of chopped coriander.
  12. You need 2 of green chillies.
  13. It's 2 of potatoes cut into wedges or cubed.
  14. Prepare 1 tsp of butter.
  15. It's 1 tsp of mixed herbs.

Simply place thinly sliced potatoes in a mound on a sheet of foil, top with salmon, olive oil, the juice of an orange and a lemon, seal up the foil, and bake. Preheat a grill to medium or place a cast-iron grill pan over medium heat. Brush the potato wedges with the oil and season with. Place some of the potatoes and onion in the center, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and dot with butter.

Grill again for 5 minutes till crisp outside and tender inside.Serve with lemon wedges and mint leaves..
